Mistakes to avoid

No to too hot showers

Hot water tends to dehydrate and dry the skin, making it peel ahead of time.

Avoid too tight clothes

The constant rubbing of the skin on the fabric exfoliates the superficial layer of epidermis and increases its peeling.
Use comfortable and light clothing that does not rub on the skin.

Do not give up

Continue to take care of your skin: the results are around the corner. With a little patience and some care to add to your daily routine you can keep your complexion for a long time!

Tips to follow

Gentle and moisturizing shower gel

Choose a cleansing product that is not aggressive on the skin. It favors moisturizing and nutrient-rich formulations, which help your skin stay elastic and hydrated.

Double hydration

Moisturize your skin twice a day: in the morning before going out and in the evening before going to sleep. Don’t let your skin dry out! If necessary, bring a nourishing face and hand cream with you and apply it throughout the day.

Continue with sunscreen …

In the morning, continue to use a sunscreen with a low factor to help your skin stay hydrated throughout the day and at the same time protect it from the UV rays to which we are exposed even in the city.

… and with the after sun

In the evening, continue to use your after sun cream to maintain your tan!

Scrub Scrub Scrub!

Once a week, do a scrub to remove the opaque effect given by dead cells: in this way you will restore brightness and uniformity to your tan!

ATTENTION: do not overdo it, use a DELICATE exfoliating product!

Diet rich in beta-carotene

Vitamin A naturally stimulates the production of melanin and makes our skin more elastic and luminous, helping us to maintain our tan longer.

We can assimilate it through a diet rich in yellow-orange vegetables and fruits (carrots, tomatoes and pumpkin, …) but also in numerous green vegetables, such as spinach, cabbage, broccoli and lettuce.
